Cover to Roller Attachment kit

Cover to Roller Attachment Kit designed to fit a cover to most rollers.

• Comes with 10 x 1m straps.
• 10 x quick release buckles.
• 10 x New Smart Lock Connectors.
• 10 x Stainless Steel Screws & washers.

Installation Steps

Step 1: Smart Clic Fitting

1. Place the cover bubble side down (see image 1)
2. Push the pronged SmartClic section down through the cover
3. Remove both sections from the cover together
4. Thread the top loop of pre-holed webbing onto the threaded bolt
5. Push the threaded bolt and pronged section down through the cover
6. Thread the bottom loop of pre-holed webbing onto the threaded bolt
7. Locate the threaded nut under the cover
8. Tighten the threaded nut using a button

Step 2: Attaching Long Straps to Roller Tube

1. Drill 3mm holes in the roller at equal distances along the tube
2. Push a screw through the washer and webbing strap
3. Screw it into the roller tube to secure the strap
4. Repeat with each strap

Step 3: Connecting the Straps

1. The quick release buckle simply clicks together
2. Adjust the strap to the required length
3. Repeat with each strap
